It’s Brunch O’Clock at Raven and Rose

It’s the weekend, so in other words, it’s time to brunch. If you are traveling to Oregon this summer, or already live there, we have the perfect place for you- Raven and Rose. For starters, we recommend ordering their famous donut muffins. These delicate buttermilk-nutmeg muffins are topped with brown butter and cinnamon sugar. Need we say more?

Now for the breakfast fare. If you are looking for something light, yet fully satisfying, try their Beans on Toast. This dish comes with a white bean spread, white beans, market vegetables, foraged mushrooms, a poached farm egg, and shaved parmesan. Not filling enough? Add one of their sides such as breakfast sausage or black pudding. This dish pairs nicely with their classic cocktail, Irish Coffee.

Did you come extra hungry like us? We recommend the Eggs Benedict, which consists of lanroc pork, two poached eggs, farmers market vegetables, a house-made english muffin, hollandaise sauce, and roasted potatoes- AKA a real crowd pleaser. What could make this dish better you ask? A Bloody Irish, of course.
